NEW! Waterfall & Direct Referral Pricing Plan

Beginning September 25th , a signing fee will be applied for all referrals. This applies to all signed  cases from a waterfall, direct or Marketplace referral. The $299/$49 fee will only be charged after the referred client officially signs. You’ll still have time to vet the referral before confirming, and match fees will only be applied when a client signs! Why the pricing change? We’re standardizing referral pricing based on consistent performance and user feedback. Waterfall referrals deliver significantly stronger results, and this model ensures we can support them at scale.

When will I be charged? Only when the referral signs. No upfront fees. No commission taken. Read more about that process here: Referral Matching and Signing

What about my previous Waterfall Referrals? Any firms who sent waterfalls before the pricing change will always be able to send waterfall falls at no cost to the receiving attorney. Firms who are sending their first Waterfall Referrals™ after the pricing change will have the match fee upon signing the client.
