Rather than spending valuable time 'shopping' your referral around to your network, Attorney Share does all the work of offering your referral to a prioritized list of your partners! Once you select the Waterfall Network you wish to send the proposal too, it will automatically go to each selected attorney. If the referral is declined by your Waterfall, it will be placed in the public Marketplace for you! There is no fee to use Waterfall Referrals, as the referring attorney! If you are accepting a waterfall referral invitation, there is a one-time fee.
Here is a breakdown on how Waterfall Referrals work:
- The referral will be visible only to Partner A for a set amount of time. If Partner A declines the referral or does not respond in the allotted time, the referral will be offered to Partner B, then to Partner C.
- If all three members of your Waterfall decline the referral, it will then move to the public Marketplace.
