Refunds

Attorney Share charges a $299 or $49 match fee for referrals signed through the Marketplace. Once a proposal is accepted, a referral is considered to be matched but not signed. This triggers the start of a timed vetting period (14 days for most practice areas, 45 for Med Mal, Class Action, and Lemon Law cases). You have that period of time to let us know if, you've signed them as a client! This confirmation will officially charge the match fee of $299 or $49. This process allows you to only pay for referrals you sign up! See our article regarding Referral Matching and Signing for more information. 

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact support@attorneyshare.com with the name of the referral in question and a brief explanation of why you will not be moving forward with the referral. Refunds are at the discretion of our support team.
