Accepting an Inbound Referral

You will receive an email notification when are referred a case directly. You can accept referrals that were sent to you directly/through a Waterfall in the My Referrals tab at the top of the Attorney Share platform. From there, look in the Inbound > Needs Action section to see cases sent to you. From the My Referrals tab, or from the particular Referral Details page, you can Reject or Accept the referral. Once you accepted the referral, it will move into the Inbound > Matched section and you will have an escrow period to review the client details and mark if you signed the client or not.
