You can search for available cases on Attorney Share’s Marketplace. Filters allow you to search by Type, Process Stage, Jurisdiction, and Exclusive Communities. When you set filters, they remain active if you view a case and then return to the Marketplace. You can also save filters to a designated group for faster searching.
Attorneys who take cases from the Marketplace must pay a one-time administrative fee of $299/$49 to Attorney Share when they confirm they have signed the client. You will not be charged when sending a proposal. Please click here for additional information on Case Matching.
Filters: make Marketplace searching and proposing even easier by offering two time-saving tools:

Saved Filter Notifications: You can now choose to receive notifications for each saved filter. When a new case matches your filter criteria, you’ll be alerted automatically, helping you stay on top of relevant opportunities without constant searching.

Auto-Propose: Enable Auto-Propose on a saved filter to have the system automatically send a proposal when a new case matches your criteria. Proposals are sent according to your set fee percentage, so you never miss a qualified match.
