Rather than spending valuable time 'shopping' your case around to your network, Attorney Share does all the work of offering your case to 3 select partners! Once you select the Waterfall Network you wish to send the case too, it will automatically go to each selected attorney. If the case is declined by your Waterfall, it will be placed in the Public Marketplace for you! There is no fee to use Waterfall Referrals, as the referring attorney! If you are accepting a waterfall case invitation, there is a one-time fee.
Here is a breakdown on how Waterfall Referrals work:
- The case will be visible only to Partner A for a set amount of time. If Partner A declines the case or does not respond in the allotted time, the case will be offered to Partner B, then to Partner C.
- If all three members of your Waterfall decline the referral, it will then move to the public Marketplace.
