Rejecting a Direct Inbound Referral
You will receive an email notification if and when you are sent a direct/Waterfall referral. You can reject casesto which you were referred by clicking on “My Referrals” at the top of the Attorney Share platform. From there, you will see the referral in the Inbound > Needs Action section. You can reject the case from your My Referrals page, or by clicking into the Referral Details for that particular referral.
